REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – CONSTRUCTION OF VINLEC’S WEBSITE

St. Vincent Electricity Services Limited (VINLEC) is requesting proposals from
suitably qualified Companies/entities for the construction of the Company’s
website.

Companies/entities should be dynamic and creative and well informed about
information technology and trends. They should have the necessary personnel,
tools, equipment, skills and competence to perform the services specified in
the Request for Proposals document.

Interested Companies/entities can get information by emailing
joanne.richards@vinlec.com. The original submission should be delivered to
the Corporate Headquarters by Friday March 1, 2013. The envelope should
