Cuba-China Expand Cooperation in Transport, Industry, Energy, Health

 

Cuba and China agreed to cooperate in areas such as renewable energy, transport, industry, and the struggle against cancer, during the signing of agreements between representatives from both nations.

 

In the ceremony, at Expocuba, there were the Chinese Communist Party Political Bureau member Guo Jinlong, and Cuban Communist Party’s International relations Department head Jose Ramon Balaguer, heading the delegations of their respective countries.

 

The parts signed the agreements referred to several aspects, such as the introduction of new technologies for transport and the development of products for breast and stomach cancer 

 

Other agreements want to reinforce bilateral links and joint ventures to build other installations, the evaluation for possibilities for joint businesses and the Chinese donation for an energy station.

 

Minutes before the signing, Guo Hinlong visited the area where the construction of the station has just begun, and verified the work by himself.

 

According with news given on Sunday, the photovoltaic energy station will let Cuba save a ton of fuel a day and reduce the emission of carbon dioxide.
