ROAD TOWN, Tortola (GIS) — In ongoing efforts to protect the community from Dengue Fever and the Aedes aegypti mosquito, the Environmental Health Division continues post-season fogging operations in the following communities:

  • Monday, December 30: Jost Van Dyke

Fogging will take place from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Persons with respiratory illnesses, particularly asthmatics, should leave the areas being fogged for at least one hour.

Residents are reminded that fogging will provide only temporary relief from the mosquitoes. Householders and property owners must be vigilant in preventing mosquitoes from breeding in stagnant water around their homes and businesses.
